Tom Swip has always been an entrepreneur. He started his first company when he was 9 years old, washing windows on Main St. He taught robotics in college and graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He worked for United Parcel Service implementing the first nationwide tablets, in-truck wireless networks, and barcoding.

Tom is the President and CEO of Swip Systems, a nationwide software consultancy. Tom is the founder of the Midwest Manufacturing Leaders, a nationwide 9,700 member organization with a mission of bringing manufacturing back to the Midwest. He is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, The Entrepreneurship Institute, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois.

Tom has been developing and streamlining business processes through technology for over 30 years. Tom’s expertise lies in helping business owners use technology and business process automation to gain better control over their companies.
